At Cheap New Bikini World, we want you to love your summer styles as much as we do! If your bikini bottoms don’t fit quite right or that sundress isn’t your perfect shade, our hassle-free returns process has you covered.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • All swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact
  • Bikini tops and bottoms must be returned together for sets
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on D+ Cup bikinis unless they arrive defective. Please double-check your size before ordering these specialty pieces!

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your return securely with the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our Savannah address (you’ll receive this in your authorization email)
  5. Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item within the US
